I recently came across the One Hundred Pushups Challenge and since I've always wanted to be able to do 100 consecutive pushups I decided to give it a go. I'm about to start week two of the program today. The week before last I tested myself and got through 40 pushups - with good form. As I continue through the program I will update the following table.
