Last of my three classes at Kula Yoga today. It was the best of the three. Went to a later class so a lot fewer people. A male teacher which was interesting more than anything. And more challenging poses than ever. Now I am able to stand on my head or my hands without too much difficulty -- tonight I stood on my forearms which was way harder than the other two variations. The teacher had to help me into it but once up holding it wasn't too bad. Discovered some new little muscles between my back and shoulder the next morning.
Don't have a photo of the forearm stand (I think he referred to it as a dolphin pose) but when I got home I did snap a couple shots of the other two balance moves I enjoyed.
