In my apartment I have a large bare wall. I also have about 8 boxes of books and magazines I haven't unpacked yet. I imagined a large square book shelf with equal sized square openings and no back. My first stop was IKEA, well because I was sitting at my desk at work and their website isn't too hard to remember. I found this. It was perfect. They had it in black. They had a larger version (6' square). And it was only $149. So after work I drove over to the nearest IKEA the whole time figuring I was crazy to think I could squeeze it into the back of the mini. When I got there however I realized this wasn't going to be a problem: In store price: $249. So I went home planning to order it online. Except it's not available online in the colour I want. So I settle for white. Getting a pseudo wood-grained black is not worth a $100 surcharge. Except when you order online they can't even tell you how much shipping is going to be so you get an email saying someone will contact you! Arrrggghhh.
